Overview on how to claim your expert profile.

Thank you for being one of the first few experts to join our platform, we have pre-created your expert profile on your behalf, and now it is time for you to claim it back!

It would be a 2 steps process to get your profile setup and ready.

1. Create an account with your unique Expert ID

2. View and edit your profile information

Step 1 - Create an account with your unique Expert ID

1. Sign up / register at InfinityConnect app

2. Click on this special link designed for experts to begin the registration process:

1. Fill in information asking such as Name, Last name, Email, and Password.

2. Enter Your Expert ID: You will find your 4-digit expert ID in the email sent to you. Input this number into the field labeled "Expert ID."

1. Once you've filled in all the required fields, click on the "Sign Up" button to submit your information. After you submit the registration form, check your email for the OTP code.

1. Enter this code into the verification field on the app, then click "Verify."

   
2. Once your account email is verified, you can now explore and enjoy the app's features and update your profile/availability.

Step 2 - Update your profile information

1. To update your profile, access the "Expert" tab, then select "View Profile" in the upper right corner.

1. On this page, you can click on any of the "Edit" icons on the right to edit each section.
